Lesley Ann Brandt, born December 2, 1981 from Cape Town South Africa is an actor and model. Her appearances in TV movies and series are among the most well-known works. Brandt made her debut in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was with her role as Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has been on several TV shows which include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. From 2016 Brandt has been playing the character in the role of Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy show Lucifer which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born in Cape Town South Africa, and moved with her family into Auckland New Zealand in late teen years. Brandt began modeling in print and television ads. Prior to her rise to fame as a model she worked in retail sales as well as working as an IT recruitment consultant. In 2009, she landed her first role in Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In 2021, she played Spartacus Blood and Sand as Naevia, a slave-girl. Naevia. In addition, she reprised her character of Naevia for the mini-series that prequels Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
